How The Canopy Installation Came About

We received an online enquiry form in relation to a stretch canopy across the front of a property to replace the existing porch canopy. Mr Bell, the customer, had also asked a further two companies to provide a quote for the same work.

We contacted Mr Bell and arranged for one of our advisors to visit his home in the TS7 area to carry out an assessment and provide a quote. Upon arriving we discussed in more detail about what exactly the customer was looking for such as roofing material, style and so on.

Our advisor took the necessary measurements and provided Mr Bell with a quote. After a few further adaptations to the design, the customer was more than happy. He signed up that day and believed we provided the best value for money canopy installation in Middlesbrough.

Canopies - Step by Step Guide

Appointment - We arrange a time and day that suits you to take measurements and discuss your project in further detail, a quote can also be provided that day too.
Quote Acceptance - One of our team can work with you to make any desired design changes and you can also accept the quotation at this point.
Finance - If you wish to spread the cost with finance, we can go through the next steps with you. Our customers are also able to pay directly as well without finance.
Survey & Materials - Our surveyor will take more detailed notes in relation to the project and arrange for the necessary material to be ordered.
Installation - We’ll arrange a time and date that is suitable for you and will give you an estimated time frame for completion as well.
Completed Project - By this point, your project should be completed and we’ll of checked to ensure all work meets with building regulations and any permissions that might be in place.
Aftercare - One of our aftercare team will be in touch to make sure you’re happy with the finished result. If you have chosen to pay by finance then you’ll be asked to complete a satisfaction note, so the funs can be released to us.

Every Canopy Installation is Different

No two canopy installation projects in Middlesbrough are the same and that’s one of the reasons we worked closely with Ormesby based Mr Bell to ensure he was happy with the work being carried out. Once Mr Bell has accepted the free no-obligation quote, we arrange a date and time suitable for our surveyor to visit the property.

Upon arrival our surveyor took more detailed notes and measurements, to ensure the correct amount of materials could be ordered and within the right time frame as well. Within 2 weeks all of the materials had arrived within our factory and we were ready to begin the canopy installation project.

We then arrange a date with Mr Bell to begin the installation as his TS7 home. With canopy installation being a more unique project, we estimated the project to take 5 days to complete; ensuring we had enough time to carry out all work in a safe manner and to the highest possible standard.

We scheduled the work, so the different members of the team had enough time to carry out their work such as the roofers and electrician. Our smooth working process meant the project was completed within 3 days. A final inspection is then carried out to ensure all works meets the necessary requirements and regulations.

Had a quote to replace all my soffit, fascia's & guttering including the gable end.Through out the whole process everyone was friendly, helpful and reassuring.Organisation was spot on, scaffolding arrived when it was supposed to, and the lads who did the job were brilliant. Really pleased with the new windows, make the house look nice and refreshed. Professional from start to finish!We've had a few window salesmen visit us over recent years, but Karl was prompt, friendly and honest. Excellent service from all members of staff who have been in our home.Carl explained the procedure clearly,Steve the surveyor listened to our requirements due to disability. My disability means all of the window handles were to open using my right hand only but the request, written on the order, had been omitted when the windows were manufactured.The fitters, Dean and Ray, did a fantastic job fitting the windows to a very high standard. They reversed the mechanisms from left to right so that I could use all of the windows before they left and replaced the incorrect handles with some spares. They left our home and garden spotless.James not only arranged a convenient date for the windows to be installed but also arranged for Steve to return the following day to change the spare handles with new ones.I now have a set of fully functioning lockable windows to my exact specification.As I said at the beginning, excellent service My husband and I would like to thank them all very much.

This company was fantastic I wanted a radiator removed and capped off, a wall taking out and french doors putting in place of a single door and window, the two gentlemen that came were brilliant, cleaned up after themselves and were very curtious, and for the work that needed to be done, i knew that taking out the wall was going to be the longest part of the job, because our house is not bricks and mortar it's poured without a cavity, people have already been to have a look at the work and asked me who did it. Fantastic work lads and will recommend you and Swift to anyone.

Clean workman - no damage to tiles or plaster and great lads. Steve the surveyor was on hand to deliver and replace a faulty casement which the lads pointed out on day of installation. Swish have just completed a garage conversion for me and I’ve been nothing but pleased with all aspects. They managed to fit me in before Christmas when another contractor had let me down and had it finished in just over a week. They were very efficient and as one aspect finished the next began, making for a smooth and as hassle free experience as possible. A mistake was made with the brick pattern under the new window where the garage door used to be, I asked if they could do anything and was amazed when the very next day they came back, knocked it down and started again. The conservatory is now an additional room which can be used throughout the year. I recommend Swish to everyone who is looking for professional conservatory refurb. I wanted to replace my old one with a new one and 3 different companies let me down. They listened to me all the time what I want and also gave me loads of good advice what to change. The team that came to replace my conservatory were very polite and professional.
