Client Introduction:
Mr. and Mrs. Davies, residents of Gosforth in Newcastle upon Tyne, approached Swish Home Improvements with a vision to enhance their living space. They sought additional room for entertaining guests and were also concerned about the deteriorating condition of their windows.
Mr & Mrs Davies Issues:
Feeling the need for more space to host gatherings and events, Mr. and Mrs. Davies were eager to explore options to expand their home. Additionally, they were dissatisfied with the state of their existing windows, which had begun to show signs of wear and tear.
Solution from Swish Home Improvements
Understanding the clients’ requirements, Swish Home Improvements proposed a comprehensive solution that addressed both concerns. We recommended the installation of a new conservatory with a a double-hipped Edwardian Supalite roof, and a blue glass vista to provide the extra space needed for entertaining. Additionally, we proposed replacing the old windows with uPVC double glazing to enhance energy efficiency and improve the aesthetic appeal of their home.
Results and Benefits to Mr & Mrs Davies
Upon completion of the project, Mr. and Mrs. Davies were delighted with the results. The new conservatory featured full-height walls on both sides, creating a spacious and inviting environment for entertaining guests. The double-hipped Edwardian Supalite roof added a touch of elegance, while the blue glass vista provided the perfect finishing touch, allowing natural light to flood the space. The installation of uPVC double glazing not only improved the appearance of their home but also enhanced insulation and security, offering peace of mind and comfort.
